Areas of Impact

Emergent Change

The constant and accelerated change poses new challenges to the willingness and ability of organizations to change. Traditional methods are more focused on complex change programs with elaborate communication and engagement forms. However, changes are increasingly taking place less in structured change projects during special events, but are becoming part of everyday actions. The day X of change is tomorrow.

The agility of the company can then be seen as constant change, alternating with periods of stabilization. The focus is always on what should be achieved in terms of business impact, not on change itself.

In Lean | Agile Change or Transformation, necessary stability is combined with lean and dynamic elements. On a canvas, the purpose and a few processes are drafted as a simple, understandable “plan on one page”. A future state (target image) is formulated as an assumption, systematically reviewed and adjusted. The change is broken down into manageable parts, prioritized and implemented in iterative steps. Leaders and employees design the change process and implement it.
