My consistent guiding principle – from my first scientific exploration to my current consulting practice – is the fascination with how people can collaborate across disciplines and organizational units. Whether in the synergetic surplus across companies or in the performance of cross-functional project, process, or business field teams. Ultimately, it’s always about increasing the performance of the entire organization.
Experience and Qualification
My most important teacher has been and continues to be practice – the daily “learning by doing” and its conscious evaluation. In addition, there’s knowledge from in-depth training in strategy development, systemic consulting, large group intervention, group dynamics, lean|agile frameworks, Positive Intelligence, AI and Leadership.
As a passionate sailor on both large and small voyages, I have learned how to adapt to changing conditions and unexpected challenges: reading the peculiarities of different areas, utilizing driving forces, finding new routes – instead of futilely fighting against wind and current. If a passage planning doesn’t work, I simply try another way – always with an eye on the ‘North Star’. And I know the special feeling of satisfaction and pride of a crew that has reached the destination port together.
